Travel Expenses:

R/T Coach Airfare, Baggage Fees, Cartage & Lodging – Based on location

Lodging = 2 double rooms

Per Diem per performer (includes travel days) = $65.00 US

20% Deposit required at time of booking to secure the contract and hold the date. If program is canceled by Kita! This deposit will be refunded in full. Cancellation by the sponsoring organization with less than 3 weeks notice will result in forfeiture of deposit. 

Full payment is due on or before the day of the first performance.
Booking Fees:

1 day Performance or Workshop Only

Total maximum performance time = 3 hours (Performances can vary in length between 30 – 75 minutes)

1 day Performance & Workshop

Total maximum combined performance/workshop time = 4.5 hours

$1650.00 US

3 days Performances & Workshops

Total maximum combined performance/workshop time per day = 4.5 hours

$4000.00 US
