Sample Contract
Kita! will perform Alaska Native Games Demonstrations on the following date(s), in the following venues, under the following conditions as agreed to by the SPONSOR signed below. ALL undersigned agree to, will abide by and fulfill the following conditions and performances.

-- Notify the performers early: If event is canceled or
postponed on the day of the performance for any reason, the Contact Person
should notify Gina Kalloch at least 1 hour prior to the start of the first
performance. The athletes routinely use 1/2 to 1 hours before the start time to
prepare and warm up.
-- Postponement of performance times: If, for reasons beyond their control, either Kita! or the sponsor have to postpone a performance, an alternate performance time will be negotiated at the time of postponement notification.
-- Forfeit of Deposit: If program is canceled by Kita! Deposit will be refunded in full. Cancellation by the Sponsor (without rescheduling) with less than 21 days notice will result in forfeiture of the $000.00 deposit.

If performance is scheduled outdoors, a stage or level surface must be provided. A covered stage is highly recommended. It is ultimately the decision of the performers to judge in good faith whether or not personal safety or property are threatened or compromised by threatening or inclement weather. If the performance is canceled due to inclement weather, performers shall be entitled to full payment. If time permits, engagement can be moved to an alternate location, but performance time as stated on the face of this contract will not be extended to accommodate a change of venue unless performers agrees to do so.
